For respect and a normal approach: With the #positivarbeiten initiative, the RKI is campaigning for a non-discriminatory approach to HIV-positive people in working life.

No special arrangements have to be made in the company to employ HIV-positive people. There has never been a risk in everyday working life. The HIV status is therefore not relevant for professional activities.

Of course, we also stand for this at the RKI.
